Your ability to move and your ability to perform - thats why we have this body. Thats how body have ivolved to be able to perform.

Performance for a time was through a function to feed yourself, hunt, build, fight.

Training was life. Movement was life.

All our basic functions are movement within. When you talk about movements.

Taking a shit - its movements, because you squat to sit.

You move by bending, by squating, by twisting.

We own all pshcical functions by moving.

We think better, we have more fullfilling reletionship, we breathe deeper, we have a better sex.

Our ancestors wasnt different then us, our bodies havent changed for 10000 years. It is same exact body.

What we no longer do - we no longer sit to squat, we no longer need to run to catch our food. We dont need to climb in tree to get fruits.

Tehnology being improve, we have axe, we gone from sitting on animals to driving tractors!

To flying airplanes. Tehnology affords so much, but it have taken so much away. We gain ability to do nothing. We have more time, more luxorious, more oppertunity, but we have less movement, we have less life, we have less energy, we have weaker bodies.
