I always have believed that good coach is the one who by himself can do what he teach to others. Because only our own experience is something which is real. So here is my videos or different kind of exercises. 

 

Hybrid training program involves strongman, track n field, wheighted calistenics, wheightlifting, powerlifting movements to make your body and mind strong, energized, good looking and high self esteem, less injury risk and more healty body, stronger immune system.

Also this type of traning is form of self development. With training you also develop all other areas of your life.

 

Hydrid training program is something which i have designed by working together with many high class athletes, olympic level athletes, coach which are really smart in their field and have combine all my knowledge in this program .

Here i did 700 dips in 3 hours. It was about challange. To test my willpower in cold wind if i can do something out of my comfort zone!


I have competed two times in World championship of street workout power class. Here doing some dips.
