Every man carries the wheight of the world on his shoulders.
From the wheight of frustration for not being able to find a job to the wheight of lethargy from not being able to sleep at night with that new born baby.
To wheight of rage for that person that betrayed you even you gave them your heart.
Worst of all is the wheight of carrying the fact that you know you are not living up the strongest within you. Not being strongest version of yourself.
All of this resistance accumulates - it grows so heavy that your body feels its going to break. So what you do when you feel the wheight has become so unbearable?
You learn to train in hybrid athlete. Not because you have something to prove but because of who you will become through training.
When you discover that all challanges in your life are just like the hybrid training what you do - sick baby, broken heart, asshole boss.
And every one of them is specially designed to strenghten weeknesses within your charather.


So when you are younger there are two different things -
- when people telling to you that you cant do something
- or you either find a way to ignore them or you find something that pulls you out of their grips of their things that they say.
That was my early childhood. Many people thought that i was dumb, or i am not so smart, i have problems because of my behavior or the way he thinks or whatever the case may be.
And trying to fit in was difficult. When my friend introduce me to the barbell training that was totally different chapter in my life, because i knew i am better in this area, i got strong, fast and felt this barbell training is like medicine for me.
At that moment i knew i am going to teach other people how to get strong with a barbell because whats is done for me.
So i knew at some point i knew i will quit my 9-17 job and live my life to teach people how to get strong by barbell.
My mission is to show your value by teaching you how to grow stronger by hybrid training and barbell
