Sometimes we feel great but often times just we feel horrible we are happy some moments and then it doesnt last we are starting to be upset, but we dont know why.

You have everything what you need but you still feel horrible feelings about yourself. How to avoid these horrible feelings even in reality everything is good?
We are going these times quite often and brain=head is saying to yourself -wtf is your problem? But you feel heaviness is your body!
Meditation is answer and looking objectively to yourself and recognizing these are just negative thoughts that comes from environment.
Balancing ups and downs of your life recognize times when everything happens really good and its 50% of the game. If you feel good - give these good feeling to people. Give everything what you have to people when you feel good.
When someone or something really bad happens, its about how we choose to feel about it. When you are in some circumstance start to cultivate gratitude because it will help you to get back to good feelings.
We need to understand how to navigate the circumstances of our life in order to get more of good feelings and when you do good things there will be stronger rebound to bad feelings. Be greatful for all you do have and again it brings back good feelings and it allows then happen.
There are people who have everything and they are depressed and there are people who have nothing and they are happy. Its all about choice. Be greateful for little what you have.
Remind yourself for things what you have!
And be grateful for simple primal things.
Life is good but we tend to forget we become too focused on what we do not have and we become focused on bad feelings which comes from nowhere. Be generous when times are good.
